Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of $200 is to be paid to secure a booking.
Call 0409 489 573 to make arrangements.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date. All prices in Australian Dollars

Cancellation & Refunds
The Deposit is refundable, if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
If less than 14 days to arrival date the Deposit and Full Payment is refunded only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again.
If the dates of the booking are not rebooked then the deposit is retained by Red Gate Terrace.

Check In/Out times:
Check in is after 3.00pm, and Check out is 11am.

Smoking
Red Gate Terrace is a smoke free venue.

Children & Pets
Unfortunately Red Gate Terrace cannot accommodate children.
